yes, either use vlc, or burn this as a video dvd. your dvd burning software should have this option. it is important that the files under VIDEO_TS come under the directory VIDEO_TS on your video dvd.
since this is only 230MB, you can also burn this on a cd-r (but the same way you would burn it on a video dvd; with a VIDEO_TS folder) and make what i think is called a \"mini-dvd\". but i don’t know if many dvd players accept cd-rs that look like dvds. maybe you can test this on a cd-rw first?
